Bobardt Enterprises plans to select up to ten high-performing partners for potential permanent sales positions by the end of the year. Selection is based on measurable sales performance, professionalism, reliability, customer quality, brand representation and operational requirements.
Your customer portfolio can remain valuable: partners selected for a permanent role may continue receiving eligible recurring commissions from customers they originally referred, in addition to their employment compensation, where this is confirmed in the applicable written employment and commission arrangement.
A permanent position is not automatic or guaranteed. Final selection depends on individual performance, available positions and the company's business requirements.
