Bobardt Enterprises Inc. – AI Hosting & Cloud Infrastructure

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines acceptable and prohibited uses of services provided by Bobardt Enterprises Inc. ("Bobardt," "Company," "we," "us").
This AUP applies to all customers, users, affiliates, and any person accessing or using Bobardt\'s AI hosting, cloud infrastructure, server hosting, or related services.
By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
2. General Acceptable Use
Customers may use Bobardt\'s services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:
- Applicable local, state, federal, and international laws
- Industry regulations relevant to their use case
- Contractual agreements with Bobardt Enterprises Inc.
Customers are solely responsible for all content, data, AI models, applications, and workloads deployed on their infrastructure.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
3.1 Illegal or Unlawful Use
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Hosting, distribution, or promotion of illegal content
- Fraud, identity theft, or financial exploitation
3.2 Abuse, Security & Network Misuse
- Unauthorized access to systems or data
- Port scanning, penetration testing, or vulnerability exploitation without explicit authorization
- Distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious code
- DDoS attacks, traffic flooding, or service disruption
- Circumventing security controls or safeguards
3.3 Intellectual Property Violations
- Copyright infringement
- Distribution of pirated software or content
- Violation of trademark, patent, or trade secret rights
Customers must comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws.
3.4 Prohibited AI & Automated Activities
The following AI-related activities are prohibited:
- AI systems designed to engage in fraud, deception, or impersonation
- Unauthorized scraping or data harvesting
- Use of AI to violate privacy, surveillance laws, or consumer protections
- Development or deployment of AI for unlawful surveillance or exploitation
- AI workloads that intentionally cause system instability or abuse shared resources
3.5 Harmful, Offensive or Abusive Content
- Content promoting violence, terrorism, or hate
- Harassment, threats, or intimidation
- Content exploiting minors
- Any material that violates human rights or public safety laws
3.6 Spam & Unsolicited Communications
- Bulk unsolicited email (spam)
- Phishing, social engineering, or deceptive messaging
- Use of services to distribute unsolicited marketing without consent
4. Resource Usage & Fair Use
Customers must use resources in a manner that does not:
- Degrade service for other users
- Overload shared infrastructure
- Bypass usage limits or billing systems
Bobardt reserves the right to apply reasonable limits or request plan upgrades where usage exceeds normal operational thresholds.
5. AI Workloads & Data Responsibility
- Customers retain full ownership of their AI models, training data, and outputs.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that their AI use complies with applicable AI, data protection, and consumer protection laws.
- Bobardt does not monitor, train on, or analyze customer AI data unless explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Monitoring & Enforcement
Bobardt may monitor infrastructure-level activity solely to:
- Maintain system stability
- Prevent abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
Bobardt does not inspect customer content except where required by law or necessary to address security incidents.
7. Violations & Enforcement Actions
If a violation of this AUP is suspected, Bobardt may, at its discretion:
- Issue a warning
- Temporarily suspend affected services
- Restrict access or resources
- Terminate services without prior notice in severe cases
- Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities
No refunds will be issued for service suspensions or terminations caused by AUP violations.
8. Customer Cooperation
Customers agree to cooperate with Bobardt in:
- Investigating alleged violations
- Taking corrective action
- Responding to lawful requests
Failure to cooperate may result in service suspension or termination.
9. Changes to This Policy
Bobardt reserves the right to update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website or communicated through reasonable channels.
Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
10. Governing Law
This AUP is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Mandatory consumer protections under EU law remain unaffected where applicable.
