Bobardt Enterprises Inc. is now seeking a full-time Junior Online Marketing Project Manager in Appleton and Berlin. As a project and account manager, you are the central link between the customer and us as an online marketing agency. You independently support existing customers and projects, ensure an optimal flow of information, plan resources and assign clear tasks.

You will be involved in new projects right from the start and work with your team to develop the right offer and project plan. As the project manager, you control the customer and the team. You pay attention to deadlines and sticking to the budget and lead projects to success.

You will be part of a very committed and growing team at Bobardt Enterprises Inc. As the North American and German location of the internationally operating Bobardt Enterprises Inc. Group, Bobardt Enterprises Inc. is also responsible for projects for international customers who are or would like to become active in the German market. Area of Responsibility

Planning, coordination and control of online marketing projects
Distribution of tasks, management and organization
Resource and budget planning
Internal and external communication
Creation of effort estimates and project plans
Operational support and advice for existing customers
Creating presentations and conducting on-site customer appointments
Strategic expansion and further development of customer relationships
profile

At least 1 year of experience in project management, ideally in an agency environment
Knowledge of project management, conception and presentation
Technical understanding and experience in managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns
Confident use of standard software and tools in online marketing
Service orientation, motivation, strong contacts and flexibility
Analytical skills, organizational strength, initiative and a high level of comprehension
